Coach Lola holds a Bachelor's degree from Padjadjaran University in Indonesia and a Master's degree from Saint Petersburg State University in Russia. She also experienced a 1-semester exchange at the Prague University of Economics & Business in the Czech Republic. After graduating with a Master's in Management, she devoted her career to Sales & Marketing. She has 5 years of experience as Sales & Marketing professional mainly in the food & beverage industry.

Since September 2022, one of her networking offered her to work as the Program Manager for Leadership Development Program in some state-owned companies like Admedika, PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda, PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur, etc. She eventually fell in love with people development and decided to switch her career from a Sales & Marketing Professional to a Professional Coach. Besides coaching, she is still active in some of the people development programs as a Program Manager.
